They will keep hot liquids hot and cold liquids cold for hours! Lid and straw are included with tumblers. ***Care Instructions*** Hand wash only. Do not soak! Tumblers are not dishwasher safe! Do not microwave. Do not expose to extreme heat, this includes leaving in a hot car for an overly extended period of time. ****Please note**** My tumblers are hand-made by me. As with any handmade craft, each tumbler will be slightly different from any other tumblers, even if it's the same design! So each tumbler made by me is truly unique! Also with handmade items, there may be slight imperfections that in no way affect the quality and use of your tumbler.
