This mixer is the perfect blend between two of KitchenAid's most popular stand mixers: the Classic and Artisan Mixers. The Ultra Power® Plus mixer has a 4.5-quart bowl capacity and a slightly smaller footprint like the Classic mixer but has more power (300 watts, only 25 watts less than the Artisan), and like the Artisan, the stainless steel mixing bowl has a handle, making it easier to put on and remove from the base.

With 10-speeds, this mixer is powerful enough for nearly any task or recipe, from whipping cream and mixing cake batter to kneading bread dough. It has a universal hub so you can use any KitchenAid hub attachment with it, from the vegetable spiralizer to the pasta roller.

Included is everything you need to get started baking immediately:

Coated Flat Beater - will probably be your most used accessory. It's perfect for creaming butter and sugar, mixing brownies, and mashing potatoes. It can be used on any speed.
Coated Dough Hook – for making heavier doughs like bread. It kneads bread in a fraction of the time you could knead it by hand. The dough hook should be used on speed 2.
6-Wire Whip – use it to make perfect whipped cream, for whipping egg whites, or to make lighter frostings like boiled icing for angel food cakes. Can be used on any speed but for optimal results, you'll usually use it on speed 8-9.
