The EC31 is a semi-intelligent system that weighs a full wheel and creates a cut solution for fixed-weight portions without a leftover piece of trim. The machine can also be run in random weight mode to divide the wheel into a pre-selected number of wedges. Flexible design that supports various wheel sizes and portion dimensions.
