This was the '50s version of a food processor, designed to slice, grate, shred and process foods manually. The piece is marked WEAR-EVER and comes with 5 stainless attachments (one already installed on the gadget). It has a suction cup devise on the bottom with a lockdown handle that extends upward to the location of the bowl that catches the ground/sliced food. Special note to whoever purchases this. How to change the drum: It has a piece that you you must depress that is located on top of where the cone attaches, that locks down. Once locked down, you turn the cone counter clockwise and pull to remove. When you are changing cones, push the lock down and hold while aligning, push the cone in and it will drop into place. Then you turn it clockwise to lock. It measures approx. 10-inches tall X 6-inches wide. The base measures 8-inches X 6.5-inches. The handle is 6.25-inches long. This piece appears to be in working order and is in good vintage condition. Some surface wear on the body and base (scratches and scuffs). The attachments look barely used and in good condition. A terrific - and functioning! - piece of kitchen gadgetry for your retro or mid-century kitchen. It's a great piece! Please closely examine the photographs.
