Finely ground for a smooth tea experience with about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee, but with the addition of L-theanine for a calm alertness. Perfect for shakes, lattes, and smoothies. Preparing Matcha Use 1/2 teaspoon per 3 oz.'s of hot water at 180ºF. Whisk the Matcha powder with a bamboo whisk in a bowl until the Matcha powder is completely dissolved. Whisk vigorously and when whisked properly it should look frothy and bright green. Matcha is a very fine powder and should be handled carefully. Matcha is a nourishing beverage and once prepared it should be consumed in its entirety. We recommend storing Matcha in the refrigerator. Approximately 225-227 servings.
