I've had my flip Ninja for over 2 years and I still love it! It is used at least 3 times a week and daily when we have company when I need to get multiple pieces of toast or grilled sandwiches or a casserrole to the table. No more limp fries, leftovers heat up but don't overercook like the microwave. When my oven died and we had to wait 2 weeks for delivery of a new one, it was a godsend. Baking 2-9 cookies instead of dozens is wonderful, hot and chewy in minutes! My new oven takes 15-20 min to heat up to any temp. Ninja takes about 30-40 sec to go from 0 to any temp in preheats and doesn't heat up my kitchen on very hot summer days. Very energy saving! Quick and easy and great results. Only drawback is inside space that doesn't fit taller things like a whole chicken or tall roast but we rotisserrie all yr on our grill. The heating elements are close to food so have to learn to adjust temps and times and bake cake layers seperately but much faster than heating up the oven! Love the flip style that takes up limited counter space so it is always out and ready to go!
