Refrigerate your foods with the paddle inside and check the temperature every 20 minutes with a thermometer. Once cooled to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, remove the paddle and store your foods until ready for service. The mouth on this paddle is large enough to fill with ice cubes so you have an easy cooling solution even if you forgot to fill and freeze the paddle overnight. For rapid cooling, simply fill the product with ice above the max fill line, and fill with water to the max fill line. The smooth exterior of this paddle makes it easy to remove foods to reduce waste, while also ensuring the paddle is easy to clean and sanitize.
