This really is the best peeler we have tested. We find it a pleasure to use and clean but most of all it speeds us up. We use it on oranges and grapefruits and pomegranates too. It can also handle delicate foods such as peaches and kiwis, or tougher produce such as potatoes. The peel depth is adjustable and comes factory set for citrus and pomegranate, but can be adjusted thinner for kiwis and peaches to minimize waste and provide the most of your favorite foods.
