The Razorri Solido S2 complete sharpening stone kit enables you to safely and easily sharpen and polish all of your bladed instruments. Solido S2 Sharpening Stone Kit

Step 1
After soaking the stone for 15 minutes, place the stone on the rubber pad inside of the bamboo base. Hold the knife flat and perpendicular to the stone with the tip pointing to the left.
Step 2
Tilt the knife at a 20-degree angle, then slowly stroke the edge of the blade from heel to tip down the full length of the stone. Flip the knife over and repeat step 2 on the opposite side of the blade.
Step 3
After the desired sharpness is reached, move to the next-highest gritstone and repeat Step 2. Then use the leather strop to remove any lingering metal burrs from the edge of the blade. Wash the blade, dry, and you are ready to use your newly-sharpened blade!

Solido S6 Sharpening Stone Kit

Step 1
After soaking the stone for 5-10 minutes, tilt the knife at a 15-degree angle then slowly stroke the edge of the blade from heel to tip down the full length of the stone. Flip the knife over and repeat on the opposite side of the blade.
Step 2
After the desired sharpness is reached, move to the next-highest gritstone and repeat step 1. If your knife is used for meat, stop at 3000# grit. If you are chopping fruits and veggies, use the 8000# grit on your blade.
Step 3
Then the last step is to use the leather strop to remove any lingering metal burrs from the edge of the blade. Use the same angle as the sharpening stone. Wash the blade, dry it, and use your newly-sharpened blade!
