Need help finding paper towel holder to fit in drawer space

In my kitchen remodel, I showed my cabinet maker a similar picture and said I wanted to have a paper towel holder like this. They only left a 15 inch wide blank space (rather than creating a drawer) and did not supply any hardware. I didn't realize it was so difficult to find a paper towel holder
