Answer (1 of 20): The thing I use most is a sheet of dry-wax deli wrap (see below, and I like the 10.75 x 10.75″ size but there are other sizes) since it’s quite safe, cheap, and will hold in most of the moisture/steam created even if just loose on top of the food or the bowl/etc but won’t be air
