I use green onions, basil, a few leaves of Russian Kale that need to be chopped up into small pieces. Today i used these shears which have five stainless steel blades and made the cutting/chopping task a cinch. Basically just wash your herbs and then use the scissors to cut everything up into small pieces. Add about 3 cups of cooked edamame, 2 tbsp chopped red onion. Add a pinch of sea salt and pepper, the juice of 1 lime and 1 tsp olive oil and toss.
