Jackson the Tornado Dog wins 16th annual Halloween costume contest

Jackson the Tornado Dog won the Pet Costume Contest in Tulsa Tuesday night. The Woodland West Animal Resort has been doing the contest for 16 years, and it was their biggest year yet with 40 dogs competing. NewsChannel 8's Sunny Leigh was a judge on the panel. First place went to Jackson the Tornado Dog. The second-place winner was Hodge the Racecar Driver, Annie the Chia Pet came in third place, and the Bedlam Dogs received honorable mention.
